St Joseph's School

Description

This project by ANTONIO BUILDING PTY LTD encompassed a multi-purpose hall, tuckshop facilities, amenities, roof over multi-purpose court and covered walkways at St Joseph’s School in Millmerran as part of the BER project.

The new facilities blend in perfectly with the existing buildings.

The addition of the long awaited multi-purpose hall allows the school community to host all functions within the school grounds.

The new canteen comprises of a brand new stainless steel commercial kitchen.

Covered stencilled walkways and shade sails ensures the school complies with Sun Smart requirements.

The roof over the existing multi-purpose court is now a fully functional outdoor area, which can adapt to all weather conditions.

The project required particular attention to workplace health and safety issues.

Quality workmanship from the contractor and sub-contractors was the key component to the success of this project.  With close co-operation between school administration, design consultant and on-site management, the project was completed on time and without disruption to the school community.

The home Gavin, GJ Antonio built for us in Millmerran was an easy and positive experience right from the start. The communication was great and he gave helpful advice to us on any matters that improved the quality and finish of our home. Gavin always consulted with us on all aspects of the building process.

At the same time we also built another home with a larger spec builder who were big on spin but not so on the finished product and the two experiences could not have been different. This certainly showed us the value of a quality builder, GJ Antonio, who actively oversees his building projects. We cannot fault Gavin for his professionalism, standard of work, and the quality of his tradesman on the job.
