The key objective was to build a cost-effective home taking into consideration the complex issues such as understanding the severity of the gradient; nature of the slope and uneven levels of elevation.

The home makes an immediate and striking impression from the outset. Located on a difficult and awkward site, this sloping block provided many challenges for the builder. With slope stability, bushfire zones and workplace health & safety requirements to also consider, the degree of difficulty was easily overcome with an extensive amount of hard work, know-how and physical effort from Gavin and the team at Antonio Building Pty Ltd.

Every detail has been carefully considered to produce a stylish and ultra-modern residence from the creative and innovative architectural design to maximize the unique shape of the site to the fabulous floor plan designed to boost natural light and ventilation to the chic interior to the outdoor living capturing the majestic views while maintaining privacy.
